What is a credit?
One credit = sending one document for signing, regardless of how many signers. If you send a contract to 3 people for signing — that's still just one credit.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You'll get a notification when your balance is low. You can purchase another package at any time. Existing documents remain accessible — only sending new documents requires a credit.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes! Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. If you buy another package, the new credits add to your existing balance. There's no monthly reset.
What's the difference between credit packages and monthly subscriptions?
Credit packages = one-time purchase. Pay once, use throughout the year. Monthly subscription = recurring monthly charge with credits and add-ons included. Subscriptions are ideal for regular, predictable usage.
