General
What is SignFlow?
SignFlow is an Israeli digital signature platform that lets you send, sign and manage documents online — all in perfect Hebrew. The platform is designed for businesses and individuals who want to streamline signing processes, save time and avoid unnecessary printing and scanning. With SignFlow, a signing process that used to take days becomes a matter of minutes.
Who is SignFlow for?
SignFlow is suitable for anyone who needs to sign documents or send documents for signing. Whether you're a small business, a mid-size company, a law firm, a real estate agency, an accountant or any other professional — SignFlow is tailored to your needs. We have plans that suit individuals and freelancers as well.
Do I need to install software?
No. SignFlow works directly from the browser and doesn't require installing any software. Just visit the website, log in to your account and start working. The system works on any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Signers who receive documents don't need to install anything either.
Can I try it for free?
Absolutely! We offer a free plan that includes up to 5 documents per month. This lets you get to know the system, test whether it suits you and experience the ease of use before deciding on a paid plan. No credit card is required to sign up for the free plan.
How long does registration take?
Signing up for SignFlow takes less than a minute. All you need is a name, email address and password. Once you confirm your email, the account is active and you can start sending documents for signing immediately. Business account details can be added later.
Does SignFlow work on mobile?
Yes! The SignFlow website and interface are fully adapted for mobile devices — phones and tablets. You can send documents for signing, sign documents and manage your account directly from your phone. The experience is optimized for small screens and supports finger-tap signatures.
What languages is SignFlow available in?
SignFlow was built with Hebrew as the primary language of the interface. In addition, the system also supports English, so you can send documents to English-speaking signers. The user interface can be switched between Hebrew and English with a single click.
How do I contact support?
You can reach our support team in several ways: email at support@signflow.co.il, phone at 03-123-4567 during business hours (Sun–Thu 9:00–18:00), or via the contact form on the website. Customers on paid plans also enjoy real-time chat support.
Digital Signing
Is a digital signature legally valid in Israel?
Yes. A digital signature via SignFlow is recognized as an electronic signature under the Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001. The signature is admissible as evidence in legal proceedings and is accompanied by a detailed Audit Trail including timestamps, IP addresses and identifying details. Note that for certain types of documents (such as wills or certain real estate transactions) a handwritten signature is required by law.
What is the difference between an electronic signature and a digital signature?
An electronic signature is a broad term that includes any electronic means of identity verification, including typing a name or clicking an 'I agree' button. A digital signature is a more advanced type that includes encryption, identity verification and timestamps. SignFlow provides advanced digital signatures with a full audit trail that ensures the authenticity and integrity of the signature.
Can I sign from mobile?
Yes, absolutely! SignFlow is fully adapted for use on mobile devices. You can sign documents directly from your phone or tablet using a finger-drawn signature on screen, typing your name, or selecting a saved signature. The mobile experience is just as smooth and convenient as from a desktop.
What if the person who needs to sign isn't registered on the platform?
No problem! When you send a document for signing, the signer receives an email with a direct link to the document. They don't need to be registered with SignFlow and don't need to create an account. They simply click the link, view the document, sign and confirm. The process is simple and fast even for first-time users.
Can I sign documents in English?
Of course! Even though the SignFlow interface is built natively in Hebrew, you can upload and sign documents in any language. The system supports PDF documents in any language and in any text direction. You can also send custom messages to signers in their language.
How many people can sign the same document?
There is no practical limit. SignFlow supports multi-party signing workflows — you can define a signing order (signer A signs first, then signer B, etc.) or allow everyone to sign in parallel. The system sends automatic notifications and allows real-time tracking of signing status.
Security & Privacy
How does SignFlow protect my documents?
SignFlow uses multiple security layers to protect your documents. All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher, and documents themselves are encrypted at rest using AES-256 — the same encryption standard used by banks. Access to documents is restricted to authorized users only, and two-factor authentication is supported for additional security.
Where is the data stored?
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (Paris, France). This location ensures compliance with GDPR requirements and strict data security standards. Servers are monitored 24/7 and backed up regularly to ensure your data is always available and secure.
Is SignFlow GDPR compliant?
Yes. SignFlow operates in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Israeli privacy law. We maintain full transparency about data collection and use, allow users to exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion), and have appointed a dedicated data protection officer.
What is an Audit Trail?
An Audit Trail is a detailed record of all actions performed on a document — who opened it, who signed it, when, from which IP address and from which device. The trail is created automatically for every document in SignFlow and serves as supporting evidence for the authenticity of the signature. It is retained for 7 years and cannot be edited.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Yes! SignFlow supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection of your account. You can enable authentication via an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) or an SMS code. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA, especially for business accounts with sensitive documents.
What happens when a document expires?
If you set an expiry date on a document and it wasn't signed by then, the document is marked as 'Expired' and can no longer be signed. You'll receive a notification. If you still need the signature, you can easily create a new document with an updated expiry date and resend it.
Pricing
How much does SignFlow cost?
SignFlow offers several plans: a free plan (up to 5 documents per month), a Professional plan (₪49/month), a Business plan (₪149/month), and an Enterprise plan (custom pricing). All prices exclude VAT. With annual billing you get a significant discount. For full details on features included in each plan, visit our pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The free plan is essentially an unlimited-time trial — you can use it for as long as you want with up to 5 documents per month. In addition, if you want to try the advanced features, we offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans, with no credit card required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling a subscription in SignFlow is simple and transparent. Go to account settings, click 'Manage Subscription' and then 'Cancel Subscription'. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can continue using the service until then. In accordance with consumer protection law, you can cancel within 14 days of signing up and receive a full refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
SignFlow accepts payment by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Israeli debit cards. Payment is processed through a secure, encrypted payment processor. All prices are in New Israeli Shekels and exclude VAT. For enterprise accounts, bank transfer is also available.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! With annual prepaid billing you get a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For example, the Professional plan with annual billing costs ₪39/month instead of ₪49. That's a significant saving over the year. The discount applies to all paid plans.
What happens when I reach my document limit?
When you reach the monthly document limit on your current plan, you'll be notified. You can upgrade your plan at any moment to get more documents immediately. Documents already sent for signing will continue to be available — the limit only applies to sending new documents. The Enterprise plan has no document limit.
